  • If you wish to exfoliate your skin naturally, grind a few walnuts and almond peels with some honey and apply this natural scrub on your face. This cleanses the skin in a non-abrasive way and without rendering it too dry.
  • In addition, the nutrients and natural oils present in the ingredients nourish the skin and make blemishes fade away if the scrub is used twice or thrice a week.
  • A paste made by mixing some oatmeal and water may also be used to cleanse sensitive, acne-prone skin. This soothes the skin naturally, prevents it from becoming excessively dry, and protects it against allergic rashes.
  • For another remedy, blend a small cucumber and a tablespoon of yogurt and apply this on your face. Wash it away with water after 15 minutes.

Drink plenty of water and include fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily intake of food.
